1. Slottubes filter elements are composed of surface profiles and support profiles.
The surface profiles are welded in to support profiles at a very accurate distance next to each other.
This is done by resistance welding. The filter elements can be provided with fastenings, reinforcements.....
In most of these cases a drawing will be submitted to the customer for approval. After welding these accessories to the filter elements, and after treatment can be provided also, to improve the surface quality:

- Degreasing and packing standard
- Hardening mainly by tenifer treatment
and hard chroming.
- Mechanical and electrolytic polishing.

2. Welded screens are directly produced as flat screen. This avoids the of stress corrosion and the weakening of the welds, wish does occur with opening and flattering slottubes.
3. Looper screens are light, very precise construction. The surface profiles are provided with loop and are connected to each other through round cross wires. Because of the lack of welds a very accurate slot width is obtained.
4. Sintered laminates is a porous filter product with great strength, consisting of (mostly 5) layers of woven wire mesh, permanently attached by sintering.
5. Special constructions filter discs these are round discs manufactured out of large rectangular standard panels (600x1200mm) provided by the customer.
